Bipolar Essays - I know an Imposter

I know an imposter. This imposter is me. I am she. How can this be?

I wouldn’t do what she does. She dances to her own beat.
When she has my mind, I am in the shadows. She is in control. Not I.

When she is gone, I don’t know why I’ve done what I’ve done.
I have not done them, she has.

I believe time is altered.

The imposter lives in yesterdays tomorrow, and thus is gone today.

The imposter lives in yesterdays fear.

Only I live in the present moment.

Get out of yesterdays fear.

Be here now.

Absolutely the best description of Bipolar Disorder I have read anywhere. An excellent read for giving your mind a chance to over come mood.

By the same author as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. This is the CBT workbook I have needed from the beginning. Truly non-pharmaceutical Mind over Mood stuff - that works.
