| 9 am | Travel to Dease Lake over the highest point on the Stewart-Cassiar Highway 37 (Gnat Pass) past the Arctic/Pacific Divide into the Arctic Watershed. |

Caribou
are in abundance here, so don't forget your camera. Arrive on the shore of 28 mile long
Dease Lake and travel by jet boat to the long abandoned gold mining ghost towns of
Laketon and Porter Landing, viewing old Chinese gold claims, grave sites, and trading
posts. Guests may also fish for rainbow trout along the lake.Historical sites and artifacts dating back to the "Gold Rush" abound where still today modern gold seekers try their luck. Imagine a shore lunch amidst the ruins of a once briefly flourishing town! Continue sightseeing of fishing, as you like. |
| 6 - 7pm | Return to the south shore and back to Bear Paw Ranch Resort |
| 7 - 8pm | Full course dinner in Resort Dinning Room. Guests may relax for the evening. |
