Specialized Tour: Mount Edziza / Stikine River Grand Canyon 3 Stop Helicopter Tour

Fly directly west into the heart of the Klastine Mountains. Your first stop is for viewing and photographic opportunities
for sheep. Continue west over the lakes district to eastern rugged slopes of Bear Paw country's highest peak, Mount
Edziza Provincial Park.Head south over the old Telegraph Creek Trading Trail, circling the colourful mineral rich landscapes of the Spectrum Range, and back up for a full view of the majestic volcanic range of Mount Edziza (Ice Mountain) Park. Tour Coco Crater, Coffee Crater and the creviced blue glacier. Helicopter lands on the ice fields for a close up view of the range's highest peak. 
Next stop is lunch at the hotsprings, a short jaunt west of the peak, and a great view of the fairy tale coastal mountains.Flying north, tour the lava fields toward Buckley Lake, and on to the Klastine River and Falls, following along to enter the mighty Stikine River Grand Canyon. Fly with a bird's eye view through miles of some of the most spectacular and rugged Canyon scenery, with great photographic opportunities for goat along the Canyon walls. Tour concludes flying over the forty mile flats lake district, and returns to the Bear Paw Ranch Resort. | |
